 Wear Parts |
Round and flat wear parts are produced in different carbide grades depending on the application. Items are used to outlast steel parts as much as 5 to 1. Including: valves, robotics, material handling, bearings and work rest applications. |
 Nozzles |
Carbide nozzles are produced for blasting, water jet, down hole drilling and pressure control. |
 Slitting Knives |
Circular slitting knives are produced for slitting magnetic tape and other materials. These knives are highly accurate in regards to tolerance and surface finish. |
 Drill Bushings |
Carbide drill bushings are produced to your specification with or without heads. Sizes range from .0625" diameter to .50000" diameter. |
 Crush Rolls |
All types of rolls are made in tungsten carbide. Crush rolls and other formed rolls are checked at magnifications up to 5oX to assure proper profile. |

Ground and finished to exact specifications. Concentricity can be held to .002 mm. Includes stamping, extruding, perforating, piercing, drawing and forming. |
 Burr |
Burrs are made for special applications. Resharpening service is provided at additional cost. |

Tungsten carbide parts are crafted into parts for hot runners, nozzles, valves, ejector pins and other components that must stand up to abrasive materials added to plastics and nylon. |
